we can’t offer you a returns refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)

. If you can not avail meals from your existing subscription due to reason such as relocation, long vacation, health issue etc, you can change the delivery address and get the remaining meals from your subscription delivered to your new address. Using our unfortunately we will not be able to refund the money.
All meal plan subscription has to be used with the validity period. We are not accountable for the lapse of your subscription. We also do not issue refund or extent the validity of meal plan that are already active.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

In the unlikely event that your order is delivered late (after 2:00 PM) for lunch and 9:30 PM ( for dinner). or the food that has been delivered is flagged for quality issues by a majority of mealmate customer, you will be compensated with a complimentary meal from mealmate ,no refund. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [___infomealmate@gmail.com___].

unfortunately every items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
