PRICING

1-The vendor is bound to pay Mealmate the 12% commission on all the orders, negotiated and agreed by both the parties, by ( 30th of every month).
2- The decided commission depends on folloeing factors:-
- The delivery oppertunities accepted by Mealmate.
- The time taken and distance covered to render the services successfully.
- and payment behaviour of the customer.
3- Vendor has the rights to decide the time to prepare food items and get it ready for delivery . It is vendor's responsibility to inform the decided time duration to Mealmate. However vendor is bound to pay 25% commission on the orders that are late by 30 minutes or above.
( NOTE: Vendor is only responsible for late delivery on their behalf, Mealmate will take full change of the late delivery if customer receives late order from their end.)

Consumer Satisfaction Terms

1- Mealmate promises to satisfy the consumer with its services only. It will be solely responsible for delivering boxes safely and timely . Mealmate will not be held responsible for dissatisfaction related to quality , taste, and quantity related issue caused due to food delivered by vendor. Vendor is expected to take full charge of customer’s health issues like food poisoning, and other problems caused with their food .
2- Vendors should have valid food license, labour license and hygiene certificate , and should be able produce original documents wherever required.
3- Mealmate has full rights to discontinue collaboration and terminate the agreement with Vendor’s name if it gets dissatisfactory ratings/reviews from the consumers constantly.
