Mealmate is a online tiffin ordering and delivery startup in India. The company will start operation in 2021 and is headquartered in Lucknow.Mealmate works by acting as a bridge between customers and meal provider. It utilizes an innovative technology platform that allows customers to order meal from nearby restaurants or provider and get it delivered at their doorstep. With Mealmate customer do not have to keep the contact number of various restaurants and eateries in their locality. Mealmate works as a single point of contact for ordering food from all restaurants that may be there at a particular location.

Q- How can you place an order with "Mealmate"-

A-1. Online- just login to www.mealmate.in and place your order and have the option of paying online ( vide a secured Online Payment mode or using the Mealmate Prepaid Account mode).

2- Use our mobile application- DOWNLOAD now .

3- By PHONE - just call (+91) 8840693933.

Q- What modes of payment are acceptable with" Mealmate"

A- You can use any ONE of the following Payments Modes, using "Mealmate"...

1. Cash on Delivery.

2- Online Payment-using Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net Banking.

3- Mealmate Prepaid Account .

4- Cash on delivery.

Q- Can I get a discount for big orders?

A- Sorry as a practice we do not give discounts as we work on very slim margins, already.

But, we could check with the meal provider- and IF they offer any special discount, we'd be happy to pass it on you!

Q- Do you also deliver dessert and spoon?

A- Yes !

Q- can I switch meal provider to other in subscription period?

A- Yes! You can change the meal provider to other after 10 days in same price segment.

Q- Forget your username and password.

A- DO NOT STRESS- your username is your registered mobile number. In case of forgotten password- we will set this right, almost immediately:

1- CLICK LOGIN on the top right of the site page to access the login screen.

2-Click forgot password ?link available on the bottom of the login screen.

3- Enter your mobile number in the displayed field.

4- We will send you a new password to your registered e-mail ID.

5- If you DO NOT have an email ID registered with us - just call us (8840693933), and we will register your e-mail ID, immediately.

6- You can use the password, provider in the e-mail, to login.
