Cancellation and refund policy

1-All request to reschedule your meals will be accepted only if they are made within our cut-off period through the app/website. All reschedule requests for lunch orders have to be placed by 5:45 ( on the previous day) and for dinner by 12:00 PM (same day).

2-We do not allow conversation of plans from veg to non-veg or vice-versa.

3- In the unlikely event that your order is delivered late (after 2:00 PM) for lunch and 9:30 PM ( for dinner). or the food that has been delivered is flagged for quality issues by a majority of mealmate customer, you will be compensated with a complimentary meal from mealmate ,no refund.

4- If you can not avail meals from your existing subscription due to reason such as relocation,long vacation, health issue etc, you can change the delivery address and get the remaining meals from your subscription delivered to your new address. Using our unfortunately we will not be able to refund the money.

5- All meal plan subscription have to be used with the validity period. We are not accountable for the lapse of your subscription. We also do not issue refund or extent the validity of meal plan that are already active.

6- If you are unsatisfied with the food or unhappy with our services. We will provide you with refund on a pro rate basis i;e you will be refunded based on the no. Of meals you have consumed from your subscription given you have already started your subscription.
